You are never alone or without support. My role is to help ease your transition into motherhood, ensuring you feel supported, seen, and held every step of the way. I am here to walk with you on this journey, offering care that nurtures and uplifts you, no matter when you seek it—whether you are 7 days postpartum or 7 months. Postpartum care is a continuous process, and it’s not just for first-time mothers; in fact, it can be even more crucial when welcoming your second or third child, helping you balance the needs of your growing family while also caring for yourself.

  • Caring for you

    Post Birth Reflection: 90-minute session to reflect, assess needs, set postpartum goals.

    Personalized Care Plan: Tailored care plan with breastfeeding support, education, and emotional support.

    Physical Recovery Support: Guidance on healing, self-care, rest, nutrition, and movement.

    Body-Centered Healing: Wellness practices like meditation, yoga, breathwork for postpartum recovery.

    Ongoing Communication: Continuous text and phone support for questions, reassurance, and guidance.

  • Caring for baby

    Newborn Care: Assistance with feeding, diapering, soothing, and newborn cues.

    Breastfeeding Support: Help with latch, positioning, and breastfeeding routines.

    Up-to-Date Info: Current, evidence-based newborn care practices and tips.

    Understanding Needs: Guidance on sleep patterns, milestones, and baby signals.

  • After Birth

    Immediate Postpartum Care: I’ll stay with you for 1-2 hours after birth to assist with immediate postpartum needs, such as breastfeeding support, newborn care, and ensuring you are comfortable and settled.

    Postpartum Follow-Up Visit: A 60-minute visit within the first week after birth to check on your recovery, provide additional breastfeeding support, and address any concerns you may have.

Total investment: $2,200
